Cletis B. Mouser, 87, of Jackson died Sunday, June 21, 2009, at his home. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Brian Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson...Cletis B.
