Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Shannon N. Kinder, 28, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Latorya N. Mackins, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance, assault and trespassing.

* Three boys, ages 13 and 14, were taken into custody on suspicion of fireworks violations, interfering with an arrest and being minors in possession of tobacco.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of interfering with an arrest, assault and obstructing traffic.

* A 13-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of fireworks violations.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of littering.

Summonses

* Cameron M. Malone Jr., 17, 531 S. Middle St., received a summons for stealing.

* Katherine Aime, 22, 423 S. Frederick St., received a summons for failure to provide proof of a city animal license.

Thefts

* Clothing, a phone charger and other items were reported stolen at 134 S. Park Ave.

* A wallet, amplifier and subwoofer were reported stolen at 1632 Themis St.

* Coad Chevrolet, 517 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of a 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* A GPS unit, a phone charger and a pouch were reported stolen at 1821 Lacey St.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 2449 Horseshoe Ridge. A GPS unit was reported stolen in the break-in.

* Semo Video, 629 Broadway, reported an attempted burglary.

Property damage

* A window was reported broken at 1733 Old Sprigg Street Road.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Justin Roach, 24, 130 Mango Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit/debit device and receiving stolen property.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 2500 block of Terrace Park.

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of South Bast Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Blanche Street.

Miscellaneous

* A disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Whetstone Way.

* A drug violation was reported in the 200 block of West Mary Street.

Cape Girardeau County

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Alex W. Pilsner, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* John R. Mitchell, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a state warrant for parole violation and a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Amanda D. Stacy, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Jacob A. Canoy, 17, of Fruitland was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.

* Larry G. Hortel, 38, of Leopold, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.
