A Perryville man was taken to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau by air ambulance Friday evening following a one-car accident. Michael J. Marr, 23, received moderate injuries when his 1999 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck overturned on a rural highway, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported. Marr was traveling eastbound on Route T at 9 p.m., about a mile west of Perry County Road 728, when his pickup truck ran off the south side of the road and overturned, the patrol reported.
