The Cape Girardeau School District has extended the deadline for nominations for its Faces of Success publication.

Nominations will be accepted until Aug. 31. The newly established publication will highlight the accomplishments of alumni. It will be distributed throughout the school and community.

A steering committee made up of six community members and six district employees developed criteria for the nominees, who can be living or dead. The district plans to publish the brochure annually.

Nomination forms are available at the districts administrative offices, 301 N. Clark Ave., or on its website, www.capetigers.com.
