Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A subject was in custody pending charges of driving while intoxicated, assault and property damage.

Arrests

* Billy Joe Wynn, 26, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Lot 88, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.

* Braxton K. Block, 21, 508 Koch Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Christian L. Conley, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested by the Scott County Sheriff's Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Two boys, ages 12 and 13, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

Summons

* Guy F. Tomasino, 53, 669 Sylvan Lane, received a summons for failure to repair or demolish property.

Assault

* Rape, domestic assault and stealing were reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Two Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 750 East Rodney Drive.

* Identity theft was reported.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 820 N. Sprigg St.

* A robbery and domestic assault were reported.

* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft. Austin W. Blankenship, 20, 2555 Lisa Drive, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 18 S. Ellis St.

* Vehicle tires were reported punctured at 646 S. Henderson Ave.

* A storm door window was reported broken at 2657 Janet Drive.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at Main and Third streets.

* A vehicle windshield and window was reported broken at 46 N. Park Ave.

Miscellaneous

* An animal bite was reported at 1222 N. Spanish St.

* Capaha Bank, 3168 William St., reported counterfeiting.

* A request for service was reported.

* A 43-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Randy L. Flowers, 51, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

* Theresa A. Davault, 33, 1520 Old Cape Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Theft

* Identity theft was reported in the 500 block of North Ohio Street.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 1000 block of Anna Street.

* An attempted burglary was reported in the 100 block of East Adams Street.

Miscellaneous

* Indecent exposure was reported at North High Street and Interstate 55.

* A peace disturbance was reported on Eastview Court.

Cape Girardeau County

The Cape Girardeau Count Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Jason L. Harkey, 28, of Williamsville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

* April C. Eaker, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* Lee O. Powers, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Patrick S. McClanahan, 34, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* Angel N. Burton, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* Mary E. Headrick, 31, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated on drugs, driving while suspended and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Arrests

* Jason D. Neilsen, 24, address unknown, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for parole violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Jerry D. White, 40, of Jackson was arrested on a Madison County, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

* Jeffrey A. McClain, 25, Ballwin, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Jamie D. McCain, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Dawn M. Baker, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation of driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia.
