Arneson aces hole at Cape Girardeau C.C.

Craig Arneson carded his first hole in one at Cape Girardeau Country Club.

Arneson used a 9 iron to ace No. 8, which was playing 130 yards. Witnesses were Clint Karnes, Marvin Adams and Tim Porch.

Morris earns medalist at WGA's golf outing

Kathy Morris was medalist at the Women's Golf Association's weekly event at Cape Girardeau Country Club.

Luann Kiefner, Catherine Weed and Morris tied for first in the play of the day.
