Ellsinore man to stand trial for shooting wife

VAN BUREN, Mo. (AP) -- An Ellsinore, Mo., man was ordered to stand trial Tuesday afternoon in connection with the death of his wife, who was shot during an earlier dispute with his stepson. Associate Circuit Judge Michael Ligons bound over John William Moss, 55, to stand trial on the Class C felony of first-degree involuntary manslaughter, according to the Daily American Republic.
