A Cape Girardeau McDonald's that was temporarily closed after an afternoon fire damaged the fryer area has reopened. According to Cape Girardeau firefighter Mike McLemore, the fire at 3419 William St. started shortly before 3 p.m. The restaurant remained closed until 5 a.m. today. Employees are able to serve all food with the exception of fries and hashbrowns...
