CAIRO, Ill. -- John A. Riggs, 71, of Cairo died Monday, Sept. 21, 2009, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time Thursday at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Charles Lance officiating.
