CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Diane V. Blades, 70, of Chaffee died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, at her home.

She was born Dec. 16, 1938, at Risco, Mo., daughter of John Thomas Matthew and Clara L. Davis Parker.

Diane was a member of First Baptist Church in Chaffee.

Survivors include three daughters, Cindy Wilson and Judi Blades of Chaffee, Vicki Burrows of Scott City; a sister, Juanita Lloyd of Paducah, Ky.; seven grandchildren, Jason Butler, Aimee and Stacie Wilson, Jeremy and Josh Roberts, Luke and Spencer Burrows; two great-grandchildren, Caden and Paityn Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers and three sisters.

Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Chaffee.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Matt Butrum officiating.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee is in charge of arrangements.
