Mrs. Kieffer is the daughter of Ron and Dorothy Tomlinson of Columbia, Ill., and Kevin Rund of Lexington, Ill. Kieffer is the son of David and Catherine Kieffer of Chaffee, Mo. He is owner of Crown Moldings.

Son to James Ross and Saliena Carolyn Dowd of Glenallen, Mo., Southeast Missouri Hospital, 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009. Name, Nolyn Levi. Weight, 6 pounds, 2 ounces. Fifth child, third son. Mrs. Dowd is the former Saliena Earley, daughter of Mark Earley of Marble Hill, Mo. Dowd is the son of Howard and Cheryl Dowd of Glenallen. He is owner of Dowd Enterprises.
