He was born Oct. 17, 1938, in Malden, Mo., son of Eldon K. and Claudia Alma Bohannon Riggs. On July 16, 1959, in Wentzville, Mo., he married Judith Ann Blaylock. She preceded him in death Sept. 17, 1998.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hadley Funeral Home in Windsor, Mo. Burial will be in Laurel Oak Cemetery in Windsor.
