A Bollinger County teenager charged with murder will go to trial this spring in a Cape Girardeau County courtroom, according to KZIM KSIM. On Friday Judge Joe Satterfield set a jury trial in Jackson to begin June 1 and last three days. John Wilfong, 18, of Patton, Mo., is charged with shooting his foster mother to death and fleeing the scene with his 9-year-old foster brother Dec. 30, 2008. Jacob Humphrey, Wilfong's foster brother, was found the next day, and Wilfong was taken into custody. Pamela Ackman, 48, was found dead in her Patton home when her husband returned from work.
