Dennie L. Bratcher, 27, was arrested Dec. 10, charged with attempt to manufacture a controlled substance and second-degree burglary. Eric Ralls, a Cape Girardeau police officer who responded to the restaurant, said in a probable-cause statement he found plastic bottles and tubing on scene that tested positive for substances used for making methamphetamine.

Kamp said Bratcher's case will now be heard by Circuit Court Judge William Syler. Bratcher is scheduled to appear at 9 a.m. Jan. 19 for his arraignment.
