Otto Porter and Bobby Hatchett outscored Portageville on their own during Friday's boys basketball game.

The duo led the Braves to a 102-63 victory. They combined for 70 points.

Scott County didn't pull away until the fourth quarter. It only led by 17 points entering the final quarter before outscoring the Bulldogs by 22 points over the final eight minutes.

Dominique Porter added 11 points in the win.

Woodland defeated Saxony Lutheran 48-42 in a consolation semifinal at Delta's New Year's Tournament.

The host Indians took first with top finishers in eight events.

Allison Hobbs, Kyleigh Troxel, Jenny Powell and Katie Garner all had individual first-place finishes for Jackson. The Indians also won the 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay.

Central finished second with first-place finishes by Mary Ford and Lizzie Schmidt. The Tigers' 400 freestyle relay of Sydney Ozbun, Chleo LeGrand, Schmidt and Ford also won.

Saxony Lutheran finished fourth, paced by a third-place finish in the 400 freestyle relay.
