Clint Tracy, a Republican who represents Cape Girardeau in the 158th district, says he will file for re-election on the first day of filing Feb. 23. Tracy was first elected in 2008. In the 157th district, Scott Lipke can't run again due to term limits. He will file for associate judge in Cape Girardeau County. Republican Donna Lichtenegger will run for his vacated seat.
