* Sarah E. Noce, 20, 7882 County Road 621, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
* Melissa N. Robinson, 26, 325 East Lane, was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.
Miscellaneous
* Fraud was reported in the 1000 block of Clark Street.
