The Friends of the Cape Girardeau Public Library will hold its annual Spring Book Sale starting Friday at the library.

Cape Girardeau Public Library Director Betty Martin says they have so many books to sell they started holding the Friends Annual Book Sale in March and again in the fall.

The sale includes books in multiple genres, magazines, books-on-tape and videos.

You can still donate your reading materials until tomorrow for inclusion in the sale Friday 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m. All proceeds will benefit special library projects sponsored by the Friends foundation.
