The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Garret C. Fink, 30, 408 N. Donald Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Thefts

* A theft was reported on Donna Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Court Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Bouleverad.

* Harassment was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
