Next month Regents Parc will gain a wine and spirit shop. Primo Vino, 1610 N. Kingshighway, Suite 105, will offer mostly wine, high-end liquor and imported beers, according to general manager Keller Ford. Other items for sale will include sausages, cheeses, glassware and wine bottle openers.

Ford, who formerly was a general manager at River Ridge Winery in Commerce, Mo., said that while the hours are not set, the days of operation will be Monday through Saturday. Unlike his former employer, Primo Vino will be strictly retail.

Primo Vino is the latest tenant at Regents Parc, an office building that opened in 2008. Other businesses in the building include Saffron, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri, Parmele Law Firm, Brielle Salon, Banterra Bank and Edward Jones financial adviser Michael Domian.

The Lorimont development is also headquarters to State Farm's agency field office. The Lorimont development is a 90,500 square-foot office complex built in 1993.
