The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Carlos Ramon Miniel, 17, 1223 College St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary, stealing and attempted burglary.

* Charles Damon Dobyns, 20, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of burglary, stealing and attempted burglary.

* A minor was in custody pending formal charges of possession of alcohol.

* Cory D. Hodges, 40, 921 Hackberry St., was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation.

Summonses

* Dana M. Lathum, 41, 2426 Stotler Way, Jackson, received a summons for failure to pay sewer, water and trash.

* Auston T. May, 18, 1307 Cousin St., received a summons for concealment of contraband in a jail.

* Catherine L. Shoemaker, 39, 711 Normal Ave., received a summons for maintaining a nuisance.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1146 S. Kingshighway. An amplifier, speakers and a speaker box were reported stolen.

* A 59-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
