The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Tracey M. Martin, 39, of St. Joseph, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear, a St. Joseph warrant for failure to appear, a Platte County warrant for failure to appear and a Buchanan County warrant for fraud.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* Lost property was reported in the 2000 block of Providence Street.
