The following information was released Tuesday by the federal prosecutor's office for defendants appearing in federal court before U.S. District Judge Carol E. Jackson.
PLEADED GUILTY
* Name: David Ronald Webb
* Age: 43
* Residence: Cape Girardeau
* Charge: One felony count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
* Sentencing: Set for May 17. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
* Summary: On Oct. 5, Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force officers saw Webb purchase pseudoephedrine at a pharmacy with Kelly Kennedy and Justin Kennedy, who detectives believed were involved in manufacturing methamphetamine. Officers saw Webb and the two accomplices buy pseudoephedrine at two other locations. Additional items used to manufacture methamphetamine were found in Justin Kennedy's truck.
