Details of Oliver North appearance at Show Me Center released

BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- Ticket prices and other details were announced this week for the upcoming Oliver North speech at the Show Me Center to benefit the Stars & Stripes Museum/Library in Bloomfield.

The event will take place at 6 p.m. on May 1.

Ticket prices will be $25 for general admission.

There will also be a $100 VIP ticket package that will include a ticket and a photo opportunity with North one hour before the event begins.

Tickets will be available at all Ticketmaster outlets including the Ticketmaster website and at the Show Me Center box office.

No date was given for when tickets would officially go on sale.

The event is being hosted as a fundraiser for the museum that is in need of financial support and officials hope to make this its largest fundraiser ever.

North is a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer known for his role in the Iran-Contra scandal of the 1980s. He's now a commentator for Fox News and author.
