The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Elizabeth E. Park, 25, 102 Riverside Drive, New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Cecil H. Quinn, 19, 163 Cottonwood, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for second-degree burglary.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for resisting arrest by fleeing.

* A 27-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

Summonses

* Roger A. Shell, 50, 1109 Merriwether St., was issued a summmons for assault.

* Justin G. Wooten, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for a loud stereo.

* Brian Kennedy Bader, 23, 105 Parkview, Crystal City, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

* Andrew Charles Frick, 21, 9932 Solar Lane, St. Louis, was issued summonses on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 150 S. Lorimier St. Nothing was taken.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen at 547 S. Frederick St.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 104 Vantage Drive.

* Tools were reported stolen at 730 Good Hope St.

* Compact discs, a CD player and ice skates were reported stolen at 1213 Hilldale Circle.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at D-Mart, 3415 William St.

Property damage

* Esicar's Old Hickory Smokehouse, 1157 N. Kingshighway, reported damage to a garage door and windows.

* A window was reported broken at 111 N. Clark Ave.

* Vehicle paint was reported scratched at 445 S. Spring St.

Miscellaneous

* A 12-year-old boy was referred to juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* Telephone harassment was reported.

* A cell phone was reported lost in the 3600 block of Engram Street.

* A plastic bag containing a controlled substance was found at 3409 William St.

DWI

* Lara J. Flores, 35, of Jackson arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Anthony C. Tucker, 33, of Jackson was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for second-degree burglary.

* Charles T. Keen, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a federal warrant for desertion from the military.

* James D. Coleman, 35, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Derick J. Huckstep, 27, of Scott City was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Keith W. Smith, 41, of Jackson was issued summonses for driving while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia.
