The bride is the daughter of Kay Seyer of Jackson and Albert Seyer of Fruitland. The groom is the son of Federico Hernandez and Ernestina Franco of Mexico.

Matron of honor was Shawndra Burkheart of Jackson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kelly Sparks and Tammy Steffens of Jackson.

Ray Chang was best man. Groomsmen were Jason Kennedy and Mario Monroy. Ushers were Jake McDonald, Brian Cool and Tim Littleton.

Flower girl was Carissa Burkheart, niece of the bride. Ringbearer was Ethan Gongalski.

Foyer attendants were Shelby, Casie, Margo and Miranda Hayley, nieces of the bride.

The reception was held at Joshua House. Servers were the groom's family.

The couple is residing in Florissant, Mo.
