The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Friday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Paul Edward Miller, 47, 626 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Eddith Ann Jones, 52, 107 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of noise violation.

* Antwan Marcovicci Barnhill, 31, 245 N. Park St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

* Three subjects were in custody pending filing of formal charges for possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of an imitation controlled substance.

* An 11-year-old girl and a 13-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court for stealing at Claire's Store, 173 West Park Mall.

* Adam R. Ford, 27, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 44-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Summonses

* Donald R. Roberts, 72, 103 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

Thefts

* Robbery was reported.

* A PlayStation, assorted games, a memory card and adapter were reported stolen at 128 S. Park St.

* A rear wheel was reported stolen at 1125 S. Ellis St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Citgo D-Mart, 263 Farrar Drive.

* A bank robbery was reported at Bank of Missouri, 1622 N. Kingshighway.

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen.

Property Damage

* Furniture was reported damaged at 734 N. Middle St.

Miscellaneous

* Three counterfeit $20 bills were reported at McDonald's, 3419 William St.

* Two counterfeit $20 bills were reported at McDonald's, 1925 Broadway.

* A peace disturbance was reported.

* A bicycle was found.

Arrests

* Brandon Baker, 28, 1008 Morton St., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 700 block of Bainbridge Road.

* Theft was reported on Ridge Road.

* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 600 block of Kies Avenue.

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of West Jefferson Street.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jefferson Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

DWIs

* Larry T. Hahn, 40, of St. Joseph, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Jason Holweg, 29, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Gregory Y. Guninan, 27, of Fruitland was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for forgery and passing a bad check.

* Christopher J. Turner, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Jerrod C. Pigg, 23, of Festus, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Kenneth E. Crawford, 44, of Fredericktown, Mo., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* Billy J. Vandeven, 41, of Patton, Mo., was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving, speeding and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle sounding an audible siren.
