MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Carrie Mae Kirkpatrick, 86, of Marble Hill died Friday, May 27, 2005, at her home.

She was born on March 20, 1919, in Lutesville, Mo., daughter of Henry Lee and Laura Langston Long.

She and Orville Kirkpatrick were married June 29, 1939, in Patton, Mo. He died Feb. 15, 1987.

She was a member of Hurricane Fork General Baptist Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Gearlee Fulton of Marble Hill, Shirley Jones of Patton, Carmel Kirkpatrick of Jackson; a sister, Mattie Henson of Marble Hill; 18 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, two daughters, a brother and two sisters.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Liley Funeral Home in Patton.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Scott Cook officiating. Burial will be in Pulliam Cemetery near Marble Hill.
