BENTON, Mo. -- James Eugene Uhrhan, 59, of Benton died Friday, May 27, 2005, at Jackson Manor in Jackson.
He was born July 21, 1945, at Cape Girardeau, son of Albert "Junior" and Evelyn Blankenship Uhrhan. He and Linda Lou Riley were married Jan. 30, 1965, at Scott City.
Uhrhan was a mechanic at Inman Freight and a custodian at Wetterau Foods Inc. in Scott City. He was a former member of Wesleyan Methodist Church in Scott City.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Chris Uhrhan of Scott City; a daughter, Pam Myer of Benton; two brothers, Larry Uhrhan of Chaffee, Mo., Wesley Uhrhan of Scott City; two sisters, Barb Coomer and Betty McFall, both of Scott City; and four grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with the Rev. Rennie Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
