Four Cape Girardeau police officers promoted

Four Cape Girardeau police officers received promotions Friday. Newly promoted officers, from left, Cpl. Darren Estes, Sgt. Don Perry, Sgt. Adam Glueck and Lt. Rick Price pose for a picture at the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Estes joined the department in 2002 and specializes in investigating crimes against children. Perry joined the department in 1989 and has been a polygraph examiner since 1996. Glueck joined the department in 2001 and is now assigned to the department's patrol division. Price joined the department in 1996 and has worked in the patrol and criminal investigations unit. Promotions were effective Saturday.
