Cape Girardeau hydrants to be tested beginning Tuesday

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department will begin inspecting and testing fire hydrants Tuesday. As tests are conducted, the water color could change at area homes and workplaces. If this occurs, the fire department asks residents to run their faucets for one minute and the color should improve.
