JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Missouri regulators have approved AmerenUE's request to raise an infrastructure charge for its natural gas customers.

The monthly surcharge will rise to $2.06 from the current $1.62 effective July 11.

AmerenUE has about 127,000 natural gas customers.

The charge is for replacement of infrastructure by AmerenUE from June 2009 through March of this year.
