Thank you very much for recognizing the generous donation made by Procter & Gamble to Melaina's Magical Playland. I did want to clarify, however, that this playground is being built to be used and enjoyed by people of all abilities and ages. It is not a "playground for children with disabilities." Rather, it will include components and features that allow persons with disabilities to be able to access the equipment, unlike so many of the playgrounds in our area. ...

Thank you very much for recognizing the generous donation made by Procter & Gamble to Melaina's Magical Playland. I did want to clarify, however, that this playground is being built to be used and enjoyed by people of all abilities and ages. It is not a "playground for children with disabilities." Rather, it will include components and features that allow persons with disabilities to be able to access the equipment, unlike so many of the playgrounds in our area. Our hope is to create an environment where everyone can play together side by side.
