Cape Girardeau County Collector Diane Diebold has released the final updated list of properties that will be sold at the county's tax sale on Aug. 23. The latest list was created Aug. 17, and is the last one that will be released before the sale. Properties listed are those for which taxes have not been paid for the two prior tax years -- 2008 and 2009. The list has been updated weekly since its initial July 21 release, as property owners can still bring their taxes up to date before the sale.
