Cape Girardeau County authorities arrested a county resident Monday for allegedly having in appropriate contact with a girl younger than 17. Robert Lee Davis, 42, is charged with felony statutory sodomy. Davis, a prior offender with more than two felony offenses on his record, remains in the Cape Girardeau County Jail on a $50,000 cash-only bond. He'll appear before a judge at 11 a.m. today.
