Arrests

* Brandon E. Geiger, 20, 103 N. Clark Ave., No. 203, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* China C. Newbern, 18, 1318 N. Sprigg St., No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, property damage and assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Willis L. Williams, 40, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and property damage.

* Whitney L. Patton, 21, of Cobden, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Robert E. Breeding, 67, 1030 Merriwether St., received a summons for property damage.

* Michael E. Edwards, 20, 1605 New Madrid St., received a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Patricia A. King, 52, 914 S. Pacific St., received a summons for failure to obtain a permit for a sign.

* Patrick L. Buck, 40, 1108 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for failure to obtain a permit for a sign.

* David W. Fought, 55, of Lake St. Louis, Mo., received a summons for failure to obtain a permit for a sign.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 105 S. West End Blvd.

* A theft of gasoline was reported by Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway.

DWI

* Chad S. Pack, 21, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, resisting a lawful stop and on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.

* Darrin P. McAllister, 42, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Jeffrey D. Sutton, 33, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and domestic assault.

Arrests

* Bianca Q. Lewis, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Taylor D. Randal, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Starla A. Arnold, 35, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Robert L. Davis, 42, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of statutory sodomy.

* Heather M. Felty, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of attempted stealing and trespassing.

* Lorey A. Pender, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of attempted stealing, possession of marijuana and trespassing.

* Darrell R.D. Porter, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of attempted stealing, domestic asault and trespassing.

* Mitchell S. Givens Sr., 34, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Evelyn M. Mason, 51, of Jackson was arrested on a Morgan County warrant for fraud, insufficient funds.
