Mr. and Mrs. Frank Clippard of Cape Girardeau celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner Aug. 1, 2010, at Ryan's Family Steak House. Hosts were their children.

Clippard and the former Miss Wunderlich were married July 29, 1960, in Dupo, Ill.

The couple has three children, Lori Clippard, Shelly Cagle and John Clippard, all of Cape Girardeau. They have six grandchildren, Ryan, Allison and Kendra Cagle of Cape Girardeau; Logan Clippard of Jackson, J.D. and Abbie Clippard of Cape Girardeau.
