The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Deshone S. Bailey, 29, 2806 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Brett C. Medlin, 19, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Shanelle P. Fornkohl, 21, 116 Tracy St., Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and possession of marijuana.

* Joshua K. Patterson, 23, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.

* Darryl L. Jones, 24, 418 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Lorenzo Tate Jr., 22, 14 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.

* Patrick B. Glueck, 33. 1147 S. Minnesota Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Ellen K. Graham, 21, 1001 S. Ellis St., received a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

* Daniel L. Meyer, 21, of O'Fallon, Mo., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.

* Nicholas J. Garlik, 20, of Ballwin, Mo., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.

* Nicholas R. Abernathy, 21, of St. Charles, Mo., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.

* Thomas J. Miller, 20, of O'Fallon, Mo., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.

* James J. Bearden II, 19, of St. Louis, received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1720 Lawanda St.

* A computer, nintendo games, DVDs , money and a wallet were reported stolen at 555 N. Spring St.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* Child abuse was reported.

* A 22-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 37-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Unlawful use of a weapon and stealing were reported.
