CAIRO, Ill. -- Rotissia Witherspoon, 98, of Cairo died Sunday, Aug. 22, 2010, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service today at Everdale Missionary Baptist Church. The funeral will be at noon today at the church, with Bishop Derek Eurales Sr. and the Rev. Joe W. Williams Sr. officiating.
