Arrests

* John H. Creutz, no age given, 133 S. Missouri Ave., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Carol Jean Stuckey, 50, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

* Levi R. Horman, no age given, 251 C St., was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

* Brooke N. Mitchell, no age given, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Dawn R. Merritt, no age given, 1601 N. Main St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts, noise.

Assault

Thefts

* A receiver and money were reported stolen from a vehicle at 28 Camellia Drive.

* A CD player and amplifier were reported stolen from a vehicle at 1032 N. Frederick St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1747 N. Whitener St.

* Armed robbery was reported at 105 Clark Ave. A cell phone and wallet were reported taken.

Burglaries

* Second-degree burglary was reported at 824 N. Spanish St. A computer was reported stolen.

* Theft of less than $500 and possession of a controlled substance were reported at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Lowe's, 3440 Lowes Drive, reported property stolen.

* A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle at North Cape Rock Drive and Tulip Lane.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 817 S. Pacific St.

* A rearview mirror was reported damaged at 123 N. Spanish St.

* A broken window was reported at 442 S. Spring Ave.

* A vehicle was reported spray painted and scratched at 1124 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

* A 37-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Indecent exposure was reported at 115 Themis St.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.
