A Poplar Bluff, Mo., teen has died as a result of injuries she received in an 18-car pile up on U.S. 60 on Monday. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, 18-year-old Jaclyn K. King was a passenger in a 1997 Mitsubishi driven by Aaron S. Hamlin, 17, of Kennett, Mo. Hamlin received moderate injuries. King was taken from the scene by helicopter to Saint Francis Medical Center where she died at 12:30 p.m. Saturday...

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, 18-year-old Jaclyn K. King was a passenger in a 1997 Mitsubishi driven by Aaron S. Hamlin, 17, of Kennett, Mo. Hamlin received moderate injuries. King was taken from the scene by helicopter to Saint Francis Medical Center where she died at 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

The chain-reaction accident occurred while visibility on U.S. 60 was lowered because of smoke from a field fire.
