The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Frazier B. Bankhead, 44, 1403 Pemiscot St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation and a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

* Rodney J. Harris, 31, 513 S. Benton St., was arrested on a warrant for a parole violation and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a suspended operator's license.

* Adria L. Robinson, 17, 817 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting and interfering with arrest.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A television, PlayStation 3 and games, CDs, radio, DVD and watch were reported stolen at 121 East Rodney Drive.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 760 S. Kingshighway.

* Forgery was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 613 N. Spanish St.

* Tampering was reported at 417 S. Benton St.

Theft

* Cash was reported stolen at Recreation Center North.
