Scott's upbringing was in a lumber business where hard work yielded the family's living; he is a self-made man who knows the day-to-day challenges of the average citizen.

I watched him treat his busy volunteer schedule as diligently as his graduate work or J.C. Penney's management responsibilities. He is unusually bright, he holding a master's degree in public administration. Learn more about Scott at www.facebook.com/clarkforrecorder. Be assured, no new candidate was ever more prepared for the recorder of deeds job. That's why I'll vote for him Nov. 2. You should too.
