All the scores from Wednesday that were reported to the Southeast Missourian

Katie Hogan put down eight kills to go with five digs in Scott City's two-game victory over visiting Jackson on Wednesday.

Mikah Simpson added six digs and six kills in the 25-22, 25-18 win.

Danielle Gibbons finished with five kills and two kill blocks, while Sydney Short chipped in 12 assists for the Rams (22-4-1).

Melinna Craft paced the Indians with six kills, two aces, five digs and one block, while Laurie Clippard added five kills and three blocks.

Hayley Bohnert recorded 11 digs and Kelsey McDowell finished with 16 assists and eight digs for Jackson (11-15).

JV -- Jackson won 25-15, 25-20.

Notre Dame 25 25 Sikeston 14 14

Ashley Humphrey finished with two aces and served the majority of Notre Dame's points in the first game during its road win.

Allyson Bradshaw and Kate Edwards smacked seven kills apiece, while Shannon Brennan put up nine assists for Notre Dame (21-3).

JV -- Notre Dame won in two games.

MVC tournament

Third-seeded Meadow Heights beat sixth-seeded Marquand 25-14, 25-14 in the first round of the six-team Mississippi Valley Conference tournament at Greenville.

Whitney Welker led the Panthers (16-6) with nine kills. Heather Dietiker followed with five kills, while Jillian Mills and Hattie Cook added three each.

Meadow Heights faces second-seeded Zalma at 6 p.m. today in the semifinals. Top-seeded Leopold plays in the other semifinal.

BOYS SOCCER

Saxony Lutheran 4, Fredericktown 0

Matt Wills scored twice to lead the Crusaders to the road win.

Ryan Sprandel and Jeremy Enlgehart both added one goal.

Matt Stueve earned the shutout.
