All the area highs school sports events reported Thursday to the Southeast Missourian.

The Bulldogs' Allyson Bradshaw collected seven kills and two aces Thursday night as the Notre Dame volleyball team won in two games at Leopold to improve to 28-5.

The Bulldogs won 26-24 and 25-15.

Amy Wibbenmeyer contributed six kills and four blocks, followed by Kate Edwards with five kills and three blocks.

Shannon Brennan and Ashley Humphrey added nine assists apiece for Notre Dame.

Mallory James led the Wildcats (22-5) with nine kills, three digs and three blocks.

Mackenzie Beel added four kills, four digs, three aces and two blocks.

Bell City 25 25 25 Woodland 11 16 13

Ashley Acup led the Cardinals with 12 digs as they fell on the road in three games.

Amy McFarland added three kills in the losing effort.

St. Vincent 25 25 Saxony Lutheran 19 20

Jordan Hoff collected 12 digs and four kills as the Crusaders lost at home.

Sam Babcock added 10 digs, while Natalie Mueller collected three kills.

Lacey Hemmann contributed four assists as Saxony Lutheran fell to 12-16-3.

JV -- St. Vincent won 25-8, 22-25, 25-8.

De Soto 25 25 Jackson 17 12

Laurie Clippard collected four kills for the Indians as they fell on the road.

Kelsey McDowell recorded 10 assists and four digs for Jackson (11-17).

Jackson will play Sikeston at 6 p.m. Monday as it opens district play.

JV -- De Soto won 27-25, 25-22.

Central 127, Jackson 125, Saxony Lutheran 19

Central collected three first-place finishes and 10 second-place finishes as it nipped Jackson by two points in a three-team meet.

Central's Jordan Gramling finished first in both the 50 and 100 freestyles.

Jackson finished first in eight events, including two relays.

Ryan Gibson finished first in the 100 butterfly and the 100 backstroke in state-qualifying times.
