A 19-year-old Charleston, Mo., teenager who Cape Girardeau police have been seeking for questioning in a June murder case was arrested Thursday in Dekalb County, Ga.

Armster "Bud" Robinson III was arrested on a felony charge, although an automated telephone system at the Dekalb County Sheriff's Department didn't list all the charge information.

Police believe Robinson was present June 26 when Matthew "Woody" Ervin's was killed June 26. He was shot in the head and the torso and found dead on North Fountain Street near Park Drive in Cape Girardeau.

Thomas D. Evans Jr., 20, of Bellwood, Ill., is charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action in connection to the crime. Evans has told police that Robinson sold Ervin cocaine at a Cape Girardeau convenience store the night of his murder. Evans and Robinson then rode with Ervin to the area of Park Drive, according to police testimony about statements Evans made to investigators after the shooting.

Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorney Morley Swingle said he will let proceedings in Georgia come to a close before bringing Robinson to Missouri.
