Scott County Health Department gives flu shots for food donations

SIKESTON, Mo. -- The Scott County Health Department is giving away the remainder of its flu vaccines to those who bring in food donations. For a free flu shot, people can bring a five or more nonperishable food items to the Scott County Health Center in Sikeston on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays, and on Wednesdays at the department's outreach clinics in Oran, Scott City, Chaffee and Benton, Mo.
