In response to the Southeast Missourian's Feb. 23 editorial titled "Domestic violence": I read this editorial online. I applaud the attempt to better protect those being domestically abused. What I missed were links to the proposals themselves to better educate myself. Not having read them, my only concern is that once codified, enforcers may feel constrained without the ability to take into account individual circumstances...
