Who's Who 2011: Jeremy Anderson

Anderson, a partner/agent at Anderson and Green Insurance Agency in Sikeston, Mo., is known for his exceptional customer service, but serves the community in a number of areas, as well. With his involvement in two chambers of commerce, as well as some charitable organizations, the 33-year-old Sikeston native couldn't be more excited about the growth in his hometown. He is involved in Leadership Sikeston, St. Francis Xavier Parish Council, board of directors for Bootheel Counseling, Sikeston Jaycees, Sikeston Area Chamber of Commerce, New Madrid Chamber of Commerce, Sikeston Chamber of Commerce Ag Committee, and is a member of the Missouri Association of Independent Agents.

"Sikeston has experienced some exciting growth in numerous areas. Our continuing education opportunities are the best they have ever been; the Southeast Campus is at an all-time high for enrollment and is now offering four-year degree options, as well as the recent announcement of a major land donation for the development of a state-of-the-art Three Rivers campus here. There has been recent expansion at the Kenny Rogers Children's Center, retail continues to increase, our hospital is adding services and facilities, and community development programs for our families have been strengthened. Overall, we have a lot to be proud of and excited about here in Sikeston."
