ALTENBURG, Mo. -- A brother and sister have been indicted in federal court for their suspected role in the December robbery of the Bank of Altenburg.

Teresa A. Aguilera, 34, and Keith William Overbey, 41, both of Perryville, Mo., were indicted in federal court Thursday on four counts including robbery and firearm possession, according to a news release from the Perry County Sheriff's Department.

The indictment accuses both of stealing about $9.325 from the bank Dec. 14 and using a firearm in the course of the crime. The indictment also accuses Aguilera and Overbey of being felons in possession of a firearm.

"Both subjects are currently incarcerated for state charges," Perry County Sheriff Gary Schaaf said in a Friday news release.
